This Privacy Policy describes how Clark Performance Labs LLC (“Astra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from astra-life.com and any related online properties (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails or SMS, contact us at hello@astra-life.com, or participate in surveys, promotions, or reviews. This may include your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number (if provided), account login details, and order information (products purchased, transaction amounts, order history).


Payment card details are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

When you access astra-life.com, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on site, referring/exit pages, products viewed or added to cart, and approximate location based on IP address. We may receive information from Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, analytics and advertising partners, affiliate/ambassador platforms, and social media platforms when you interact with our content or accounts.

Email & SMS Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. You can stop SMS marketing by replying STOP to any marketing text. We may still send transactional emails (order updates, account notices).

- Request correction of inaccurate information;
